Excerpts from Performance Measures and LDs

This appendix includes excerpts from two sources that provide examples of performance measures and LDs for outsourced fixed route bus service. Figure B-1 is from Davis and Reich (2013, p. 16).

UITP’s case studies (2021) listed the following performance measures in place to monitor contractors:

  • Foothill Transit Authority:
